On tuesday nite Gabriel's por por was first to notice Gab wasn't using his right hand @ dinner time mr.P then realized why Gab was complaining when he helped him put on his jacket before they left the house
he was especially cranky that evening and we decided to take him to the A&E @ Baptist
Before we were admitted to the waiting room the nurses had him check out for weight and see how badly was his arm hurt they gave him a small watch to reach for in the waiting room and he reached for it alrite without cry/complains
after 10 minutes of waiting time we were allowed to see the on shift dr in A&E
without probing much he diagnosed Gab as minor joint dislocation (without touching his arm and removing his clothes to check) as he was telling us his diagnosis he went on to fix his elbow
Gab gave out a loud cry and tears started coming out....(5 secs went by) and the dr said he's fixed his joint and we were ready to go outside to try to have his right arm reach upwards by ourselves
he said if Gab can do it by himself---he's okay
the whole process was just 2 minutes inside the dr's clinic
2 minutes!
could he be a little more attentive and tell us more and comfort us more?
i know it's minor...but it wasn't MINOR to his worried parents! and dr said if he can reach upward without complains then he's fine but we told him Gab already reach for the nurse's watch without crying in the waiting room
so does this still count? we doubtfully asked the dr to see him again but he just said something irresponsible:
"i guess there's nothing i could do...who could i send him to see?!"
hey, doc, u r the man here u can't tell us that u dunno wat to do... geessss.....
private hospital's A&E dr..... so disappointed~ maybe next time we should just go to public one instead....
